Algunas palabras en inglés pueden crear confusion en los principiantes.
Some words in English can be confusing for learners.
This one is to practice the 4 words "type" - "kind" - "sort" - "form"
Update
These are all related NOUNS - sorry I did not make that clear before.
Both native Spanish and English speakers may answer - but write both Spanish and English sentences.
I would appreciate some help in checking the Spanish sentences.

1- Type:-
Eg:
- What's your horoscope?
- ¿Cuál es tu horóscopo?

2- Kind:-
Eg:
- What kind of chocolate is that?
- ¿Qué tipo de chocolate es eso?

^_^ The answer is a named category, but not as specif as ''type'' (it can be: dark or white chocolate, any name of chocolate, heart shaped chocolate... etc)
3- Sort:-
Eg:
- What sort of dresses you like?
- ¿Qué tipo de vestidos te gusta?

in the form of something - en forma de algo
a musical/literary form - una forma musical/literaria
in some form or other - de una forma u otra
It would seem that “Type” “Kind” and “Sort” can all translate to “Tipo”
Here are some English sentences using the four words.
Type
There are three main types of contract(s).

Kind
Exercises of this kind are very popular.

The sea in brackets is not an option.
The word confusa applies to people and maybe animals but not to things, as in a thing cannot be confused.Confusa is confused not confusing. To be confusing is to create confusion, hence my translation.
a) Type [tipo] in Spanish has many more meanings than in English, eg a guy. But type and tipo are very similar in their use as suggested here.
b) Kind; I would normally use "clase" to translate kind, eg ¿Que clase de helado es? except when kind is meant as gentle or caring.
c) Sort could be translated as tipo, clase depending on context.
d) Form can be translated as forma in this context
Translating the other way I would have said to translate tipo as type until you get a feel for the language from listening to others speak.
Mi tipo de chica debe ser amable, y tienen el tipo de formulario que es una especie de agradable a la vista.
My type of girl must be kind , and have the kind of form that is sort of pleasing to the eye.
I have a kind of feeling that this type of sentence is sort of , bad form!

The first three indicate that "it" is a member of a set of "tests." The last one indicates that "it" involves a manner of being tested. Since every test involves a manner of being tested, and every manner of being tested results in something that could be called a test, the difference is entirely semantic. The 4 sentences mean exactly the same thing.
Any difference in nuance of meaning is personal: different people will ascribe different nuances of meaning to each of the words. Since there is no generally accepted allocation of nuances, there is no real difference in meaning when the words are used in their overlapping sense of meaning. All of the words have other definitions as nouns, as well as verbs or adjectives.
I want to sort things out without having you fill out a form, so I typed this question: "Are you kind?"

I wasn't sure of my use of "tipo", but for type, kind, and sort that's what I found in the SD dictionary. At least "formas" is diferent.
