I would not say it that way.

I'd say

Don't change the sheets today.

Por favor, no cambiar las sábanas hoy.

You might want to wait on a native speaker to respond, but that is my guess.

In English we would simply say:

Please don't change the sheets today :

= Por favor, no cambie las sábanas,hoy
