contestame el telefono
My question is to find out what these phrase means. it is in the song contestame el telefono by Alexius y Fido and I am trying to translate the song. I know it is used in the reflexive term but I cannot find out how to correctly form the meaning of the phrase.

Contéstame el teléfono could be either "Answer the phone for me," or "Answer my call / pick up the phone."
In this case,
[Contestadora] Grabe Su Mensaje Después Del Tono… [Fido] Hello Contéstame El Teléfono Que Solo Quiero Hablar Contigo
It is clearly, "Answer my call / pick up the phone."
Even if you are not sure of each word, the simple phrase Que Solo Quiero Hablar Contigo tells you what is happening here.
To be reflexive the subject and object of the verb must be the same. (they will be in the same grammar person...me pongo....te cepillas...nos lavamos, etc.)
contéstame cannot, therefore, be reflexive use. As Sabor says the "me" must be an objective pronoun. I would guess that "contesta" is an informal, affirmative, command.
Contéstame el teléfono...without knowing anything about the context of the song's lyrics I would think that it means...answer the phone for me. (Grab it for me, would you, you're closer to it than I am?)
After looking at the lyrics, I think that it means "Please answer (pick up the receiver) my call"

The literal translation is Answer me the phone which is awkward in English, but that does not make it awkward in Spanish. It is an example of how one should not do word-for-word translations to arrive at a proper interpretation.
Yeah I know what each thing means by itself but together when. Think of it it doesn't really make sense.

This is a guess--I've never heard the song. Is some guy telling a girl to answer the phone because he is the one calling?
For contestar, the dictionary says "This verb cannot be reflexive." Your other options are direct and indirect objects. You are right; it sounds weird. 
I think it means answer the telephone but the me at the end of contesta tells me it has something to do with I or me so maybe answer me the telephone but that sounds weird.
Start with looking up the word(s) you do know like contesta and see what that means and then start piecing it together kinda like a puzzle!
