Is it possible to write like this in Spanish?
¿Tiene sellos para postal para alemania, por favor? = Do you have stamps for a letter to Germany?

This may a regional thing with Sello being used as Stamp in Spain, but in Mexico it would be Estampilla or Timbre for Stamp and Sello would be Seal. I would say "Quisiera estampillas para enviar una tarjeta postal (o una carta) a Alemania."

= Do you have stamps to send a letter to Germany (,please) ?
una carta (fem)= a letter
un postal (masc)= postcard
para = in order to . We would just say: to send in English
A more polite way to ask which involves a more advanced sentence construction would be:
''Me gustaría (comprar) un sello para enviar una carta a Alemania''
= ''I would like (to buy) a stamp in order to send a letter to Germany''.
It is good to be aware of this but please don't feel you have to use it At your level using please should be sufficiently polite (witth an appropriate tone of voice of course). I had purposefully avoided providing that one as I saw from your profile that you are a beginner in Spanish. Julian Chivis has given you a more polite but advanced way of saying it
