It would be usefull if you could be more specific about what kind of help you need with Spanish. If you are a beginner who wants to learn Spanish then Sanlee's answer is dead on the money. The lessons here are very good, plus they have this forum where you can ask questions and friendly people like Sanlee and others can answer them. There is also the skype chat which will help you to learn.
