Por mí, como si salen.......
This is really a two part question, although both parts are related. In first place, I want to know the difference between 'por mí' and 'para mí' when discussing opinion. From what I've gleaned, the first option translates more as 'As far as I'm concerned' (according to Spanish Dict), while I have always understood the second option as 'in my opinion'. To the non-native speaker these appear the same, so I am hoping for any input in regards to these two.
This relates to a question in relation to the DELE Superior exam I am preparing for, namely:
Me da igual lo que haga. Por mí, como si no sale en toda la semana.
'Por' was the blank space (in fact I answered this correctly because I remember seeing this construction- Por mí +como si + verb in indicative in a book some time ago). Secondly, since como si nearly always brings a verb in the préterito de subjuntivo (sometimes in plúscamperfecto de subjuntivo), this situation is rather rare and doesn't appear in any of the grammar books I have (maybe it's particular to peninsular Spain).

You are essentially correct:
"Por mi" can mean: As far as I'm concerned, or by me.
"Para mi" can mean: "For me, or in my opinion.
So in this case, you chose rightly: "As far as I'm concerned (por mi), it is as if he / she/ it didn't come out all week long.
