Hi all,

Doing a writing assignment for my (spanish) class and there are some sentences I'm sure don't make sense... subjunctive makes an appearance here, as always. Be great if someone could help!

English: She (had the appearance of) seemed like a poorly made Halloween costume In my Spanish attempt: Parecía como un mal hecho disfraz de Halloween.

English: She always did it and asked me if i had been behaving for my mother Spanish: Siempre lo hacía y me preguntaba si me haya comportado bien para mi mamá.

English: And now she lives with nurses, she herself unable to comprehend the real world. (Note - this doesn't make much sense as a stand alone sentence but i really want to emphasize the 'her alone' bit in spanish) Spanish: Y ahora vive con enfermeras, ella misma, sin comprender el mundo real.

Thanks everyone!

Tenía el aspecto de un disfraz de Halloween mal hecho

Siempre lo hacía ella y me preguntaba si me había comportado bien con mi mamá.

Y ahora vive con enfermeras, ella sola, sin comprender el mundo real.
