There are different names for wheels in different countries, so an answer will probably be more meaningful if you can let us know for which country you require the expression.
I know "rines de magnesio"; "rines de aluminio"; "aros niquelados", "aros de aluminio"... I know there are more options.

"Rines" usually aluminum polished,plated. or "fancys"
Used locally to indicate aluminum stylish wheels.

Paco, "Rin" doesn´t denote the metal but only the wheel / rim .... Even steel wheels are "Rines" - 005faa61, Mar 16, 2011
