Cuando sonreía, le salían dos agujeritos la mar de bonitos.
My translate is "When she smiled, they (2 guys "maybe") stuck in a hole sand in the beach" right???

dos agujeritos = dimples
la mar de algo = muy, mucho
la mar de bonitos = muy bonitos.
Con ese vestido, te ves la mar de graciosa!
You look wonderful in that dress!
When she smiled, two lovely dimples appeared on her cheeks.
I believe it means that the girl has cute dimples.
Literally, "when she smiled, there were two little holes (for lack of a better word
) that came out (of her, hence the le) that were very very nice (la mar de (algo) means something/someone has so much of a certain trait.)"
I knew it was wrong!... but at least I tried ![]()
A Costa Rican friend calls dimples: los camanances
los hoyuelos más adorables .....
