Enrollee/Enroller

I'm working through a list of social services vacabulary, and the terms "enrollee" and "enroller" have come up. This is in the context of enrolling in social service programs like welfare, school, or similiar programs. What would be the most accurate and succinct translation of this term? I know I could say "la persona que se ha sido inscribo" or something like that for "enrollee", but this vocab list is for a simultaneous interpretation excersize, so it seems like there should be a one or two word translation for it. Any ideas for "enrollee" and "enroller"?

I can't find "enrollee" in Spanish anywhere.

Registrador = Enroller

Following jan-hill's advice, I have found "inscribidos". I'm wondering if this could possibly be the best translation for "enrollees".
