Right, Goyo. This should not stand as the accepted answer, unless it were a general, impersonal imperative. For example, you might expect to see "Practicar el español" on a sign at the door entering or exiting a Spanish classroom. - hhmdirocco, Mar 15, 2011

I assume you want a command.
Practica el español. = Familiar form.
Practique el español. = Formal (usted) form.

Practice your Spanish. =
Practica tu español. (Familiar [tú] form)
Practique tu español. (Formal [usted] form)
("Practica/Practique el español" is simply, "Practice Spanish.")
