What are you trying to say? The only sentences where "all words" are interchangeable are those that consist of one-word questions/interjections (e.g. ¿Qué?, ¿Cómo?, ¡Qué!, ¡Cómo!, etc.) Pronouns can (sometimes with a bit of rewriting by exchanged for nouns [or vice versa] but one can't interchange nouns with verbs, adjectives, adverbs, etc.

Y0ou may have a good idea for a game/exercise but your description is woefully inadequate.
