The verb cuidarse is used to mean to take care of yourself/oneself

If you mean you want to be able to say to someone you know '' take care!'' when you are saying goodbye you would say:

cuídate = take care of yourself/look after yourself

I hope that helps grin

If you want to say take care as in, for example, Beware of the dogs! it would be: íCuidado con los perros!

I remember seeing this sign many a time in Spain like in a place called Campo Amor near where we as a family stayed in a rented chalet.

You could also be referring to saying to a child/ friend íTen cuidado!

=Be careful/watch out!

Please provide a full sentence in future as context is vital in determining the meaning that is required. This helps us to help you more effectively wink smile

I hope that somehow together we have been able to help you grin

In case you meant "Take care!", you already have the answer. If, on the other hand, you mean the phrase (as in "I have to take care of my mother." it would be "Tengo que cuidarle a mi madre." or, possibly, "Tengo que cuidarla a mi madre.").

Once again, a case where a complete sentence (correct punctuation would be nice, too) to provide context would be helpful.

When someone tells you "take care" it means "cuidate".It's another way to say "see you","see you later","by","good bye","so long","untill tomorrow". Get it?
