Ok, sweetheart, darn it, I miss you. Whenever you come to Chile, will you teach me English because I need it very much, haha, thanks, take care.

I have no idea what the significance of u.u is.

I read that in Chile, harto/a can mean: mucho, gran cantidad.

Paraphrased and In a nutshell; your whole interpreted sentence states: "That cost is bold face, possibly less if you come to Chili, then you can teach me your English, my pronunciation is lacking (as is your Spanish listening and spelling skills). Ha Ha Ha Ha! Take Care."

Agreed, haha. What on earth is bold face? - morphine, Mar 13, 2011
i agree hahah, but i think that negrita means little black woman...which would make sense in this case. Depending on its use it is a term of endearment. - AlessandraKirton, Mar 13, 2011

Loosely translated I think this would be:

Alright my friend, wow I miss you. When you come to Chile you can teach me English - which is really lacking - haha, thanks, take care.

I'm unsure about the last bit...
