What does the phrase "baja archivos" mean?

Literally it means "lower files", but it means "sweep under the rug".

profek, you probably need to provide additonal context to properly understand this phrase. Literally, it means "under/below/low files/records/archives". It could refer to physical files, computer files, archivals, etc.

Thats my guess.
