I copied the following phrase from a spanish website. Why is there an accent over the "a" in cambiar?

"nuevas tecnologías que cambián el mundo"

The English word for this is "typo". They probably ment to say "cambiarán".

The accent should not be there. Here is the conjugation for the verb "cambiar."
