When making a comparison, do I use a subjective or objective pronoun?

eg. Mi professora es más intelligente que me. or Mi professora es más intelligente que yo.

"más inteligente que yo."

What I did was google the phrase in inverted commas, with "yo" there are hundreds of thousands of results and with "me" just ten thousand and it seems to be appearing with a verb like "the most intelligent that they have told me" "el más inteligente que me han dicho"
