This is one of the main exceptions to the rule of plural.

If a noun or an adjective ends in a vowel add an s.

If a noun or an adjective ends in a consonant add an es.

If a noun or adjective ends in a z, change z to c and add es. Or simply change the z to ces.

Remember to change your definate articles el to los when plural and la to las when plural.

The days of the week, Monday through Friday are exceptions, they already end in es and we don't add another es to make them plural. We simply change the definate article that preceeds them.

Monday = El lunes

Mondays = Los lunes

The same is not true for domingo and sábado, for thos days we add an s along with using the plural form definate article.

El domingo

Los domingos

Hope this helps. You can read more at aboutspanish.com They have great refferences as well as spanishdict.com.

You wouldn't use the preposition "en" here. You would simply say something like: Nuestro grupo se reúne todos los martes - Izanoni1, Mar 13, 2011
