Inusualmente While I can guess how this word would translate into English, I did not see it in your dictionary. Is this not a "real" word? I came across it in a book I am (trying) to read in Spanish. Thank you!

Strictly speaking, it is not a word. However, inusual is officially an adjective, and forming adverbs by adding "mente" to adjectives is part of Spanish grammar, so everyone would know what it means.
