Hola Itziar y bienvenido al fora de SpanishDict grin

Cool = genial /guay/ chévere

Hm... that depends on where Itziar is from. I never use guay. I may use "fino", "chévere", "bien"... - Gekkosan, Mar 10, 2011

Gekko he didn't say where he is from in his profile - FELIZ77, Mar 10, 2011
I know. She. I asked her to fill it up in another one of her posts. - Gekkosan, Mar 10, 2011
Not to say either answer is more correct (because it depends on where he is), but I've never heard those phrases Feliz, although I'm always happy to learn. Where are they from? Prefiero usar, "chévere"? - DJ_Huero, Mar 10, 2011
Gekko Funy you should say She I once looked after a girl at primary school She was from Mexico and her name was Itzel - FELIZ77, Mar 10, 2011

He's a cool guy (cat).

The last time I saw her she acted very cool towards me.

Allow the turkey to cool for 30 minutes after removing from the oven.

And (of course) "It's rather cool today."
