¿Hoy no me siento bien
¿Hoy no me siento bien, puedo volver a casa temprano? I'm not feeling well today, can I go home early?
Could you please review my attempt at sentence construction and correct.
Thank you

It is grammatically correct if you correct the punctuation.
Still sounds a little bit odd. I'd use "ir" instead.
.
Hoy no me siento bien, ¿puedo irme a casa temprano?
Hoy me siento mal, por favor, ¿puedo salir temprano?
I feel bad, please, can I leave early?
I would say it that way because it's quicker, simpler, and relays the same point. BUT, you're sentence as well seems correct. Only change it needs is move the first question mark in front of "puedo" because that's where the question actually starts. ![]()
Hoy me siento mal, puedo salir ahora mismo. I don't feel well today can, I leave right now.
