A conjugated verb: Disfrutar
May be the subjunctive, or misspelled past tense (preterite) disfruté.
Edit:
Also, as paco pointed out, disfrute is masculine noun meaning "enjoyment".

When you use disfrute without the tilde, then the meaning becomes "enjoyment"
El disfrute de los placeres de la vida,es una recompensa del trabajo duro.
The enjoyment of the pleasures of life is a reward for hard work.
