How do you say words that end in "est" in spanish, like fastest or longest?

biggest: más grande. fastest: más rápido. slowest: más lento.
Etc, etc. Allways like this.

Those are called superlatives.

You use the definite article and "más". Here's a model:
"El coche más rápido, la casa más grande..."
The fastest car, the biggest house...
