I'm looking for the best way to translate lumpy finger joints.
When you see someone with lumpy finger joints, you can be sure that they are a victim of rheumatoid arthritis.

I don't think "grumosas" is the best option here. "coyunturas inflamadas" or "coyunturas hinchadas" is the common way to refer to that condition.
