There is a lot if information about this and other topics in the reference section. At the top of the page choose "more". From the menu choose "reference". On the page that takes you to choose "Spanish grammar" and scroll down to pronouns. There are several topics including indirect object pronouns. If you still have questions we'll try to help.

Also lesson 2.3 of Learn Spanish 2 deals really well with this topic. It is a video and fun to watch.

To access the lessons, click on the "Learn Spanish" button in the blue menu bar at the top of the page.
