This is a strong word, in spanish really means something. A direct translation for Deep inside of me would be DESDE MUY DENTRO DE MI. But I am not sure if the connection would sound well. A more elaborated compliment(in full spanish) for your boyfriend would be: "Te Recuerdo y te llevo en mi pensamiento muy dentro de mi""(I remember you, and carry you in my mind, deep inside of me).

Welcome to the forum.

A common way in many areas is "en mi fuero interno", but that might sound too academic in some other areas. Just "Te amo con todo mi corazón" (I love you with all my heart") or "Te amo con todo mi ser/mis fuerzas" ("...with all my being/my strength") is common in most areas.
