I've seen this on some of the Matricula Consular ids for the Mexican immigrants here in Texas. Not that the others are wrong, but I believe this would be the best answer judging by what is used by the government as far as proper and most understood. =) - DJ_Huero, Mar 9, 2011

Caducar is to expire, so fecha de caducidad.
