Isn't manteca somthing else? Could you say "crema de cacao"?

Cocoa butter is manteca de cacao, at least in Spain.

Pasta de cacao is cocoa paste.

Manteca means milk butter in many Spanish speaking countries; they have to especify whether it´s milk butter or lard. In Spain, manteca means lard.

Crema de cacao is the final result of mixing cacao or chocolate with other products: nuts, cream, etc. Example: nutella, a dessert, a liquor...

In Spain we also use chocolate negro, while in some countries of Latin America they use chocolate oscuro.
