or

No, no quiero comprar nada = I don't want to buy anything.

"No, no quiero comprar algo!" and if you would like to add some more detail you could say "Yo quiero gastar mi dinero en otra cosa." afterwards. To sum that up, you would be saying: "No, I don't want to buy something! I want to spend my money on another thing." Hope I helped! smile

The sentence says:

"Quieres comprar algo"

To exactly translate would be:

You want to buy something.

The precise negative of that would be:

You do not want to buy something. or:

no quieres comprar algo.

This is probably a question "Do you want to buy something?"

If you want to answer negatively, say "No".
