Can bicultural be a cognante? bicultural? Biculturalism? biculturalismo?
I swear I have heard these used before.. but I can't find them in any dictionary. So maybe I'm wrong...

Do you mean can it be a noun as well as an adjective? If you are asking if bicultural is the same in English and Spanish then, yes.
Biculturalism in sociology involves two originally distinct cultures in some form of co-existence. (from Wiki article)
