How do you add accent marks?

I need help with adding the different accent makes above letters-using my keyboard.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you have a PC computer I suggest you go to the control panel and install the International Keyboard.
If you do a search for ''accent marks'' you will find several threads that talk about this and also talk about using the ALT keys to produce accented letters.

You hold the alt key and you press the numbers in your numpad. Here are the shortcut keys.
alt+0225 á
alt+0233 é
alt+0237 í
alt+0241 ñ
alt+0243 ó
alt+0250 ú
alt+0191 ¿
alt+0161 ¡
