At the end of bewitched she uses witchcraft and Darren is like "Samanta......." and she's like "lo sé, lo sé Darín, no te gusta brujería...... quise mal". I don't get quise mal there, I would get "hice mal" but I don't know. Gracias.

I´ve never heard that either. Obviously it would mean "Quise hacer algo malo."
Maybe she is saying "¡Qué hice mal!" .."I was bad." Many times Qué is injected just for nuance.
