Apparently it is written co-director just as it would be in English.

This link might show you that the co- prefix is used in Spanish just as it is in English, but it is not used for all words where we would use it in English (e.g. co-worker...compañero de trabajo). That is why I wish you would tell us what kind of a co-director that we are discussing (business, movie, etc.).
