Could anyone give me some examples or better an explanation of that? I dont know how too use this form!

Habiendo estado = Having been...? Habiendo escrito = having written?

This form (frase adverbial con gerundio y participio pasado) is used a lot in writing to substitute for después de, which when used too much becomes redundant and sounds basic.

Por ejemplo: Después de tomar cinco cervezas, salí de la cantina. The substitution becomes: Habiendo tomado cinco cervezas, salí de la cantina.

Habiendo estado (been) / corrido (run) comido (eaten) amado (loved) trabajado (worked)

The words that follow are in participle form
