Labor and delivery (department):

Área de trabajo de parto y alumbramiento.

                  or

Área de trabajo de parto y expulsión.

The name depends on the country.

Hello JT. The anwers you have been getting show the importance of context: are you referring to labor and/or delivery, the actions involved in birth, or to the area of the hospital designated for that purpose?

Here are some possible definitions, compiling the answers you already got:

Labor: Trabajo de Parto

Delivery: Parto / Dar a Luz

Labor / Delivery Area of the hospital: Maternidad (the Hospital wing), Sala de Parto (Delivey Room), Sala de Trabajo or Sala de Pre-parto (Labor Room).

Parto might be another possibility as it seems to refer to both labor and delivery (dar la luz). Partera (midwife).
