¿Como ves?.........
I asked a Mexican girl, showing off my Spanish, if she got that new job, I thought she did, and she said "¿Como ves?." which I think is like "What do you think" or something but what does it really mean there? Gracias.

Hmmm, are you sure she did not say: cómo lo ves?
cómo ves= how do you see?
The proper way to write it is as Heidita states, "¿cómo lo ves?
However, alot of Mexicans (particular Americanized or Chicano) tend to eat words in a few phrases to make it quicker to say or whatever reason we create slang for. Generally I believe it stems from how we speak sometimes, when we speak quickly or adamantly about something, we tend to eat words or not properly pronounce/anunciate them, therefore giving an illusion the phrase functions with out it because the other person understands what's intended. Anyways, check out below....
¿Cómo ves? = What do you think?
Literally, How do you see it?
In this case she ate the "lo" direct pronoun (I think that's what it's called lol). Basically man, she wants your opinion on the matter.
The first one is not good, and the second is not definitive. I think maybe "How about that then!" is good for it, but those aren't really clear. FYI I much prefer our style of answering and manners etc.... to that of wordreference.
