"Superbug" is a term used to describe the MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) bacterium, which is immune to the usual antibiotics and is often caught by patients in hospital, some of whom die as a result.

Don't know and it isn't in any dictionary I own. "Bicho sobrepoderoso" might convey the approximate meaning but doubtful if it's even close to the scientific name.

A Dr. named Molly Martin has a Spanish Language site where she specializes in the jargon of medicine. I haven't seen it for a while, but think I ran across it on the I-tunes blogs quite a while back.

staphylococcus may be the English word for it. If so, try estafilococo as the Spanish equivalent.
