why does spanish put words different places like luz mira la television which means light watch television? why is it that way why dont we say I watch tv?

Because Spanish and English are different languages. Some languages will translate some English phrases with a word-for-word correspondence but this is mere coincidence. Languages evolve to serve the need to communicate among certain populations not to translate English (or any other language).
