Are these correct?: La última vez que lo vi era cuando lo di al ayudante de la tienda de recuerdos grande en la esquina de la plaza principal (The last time I saw it was when I gave it to the shop assistant in the big souvenir shop on the corner of the main square). Era un accidente en el que el conductor se da a la fuga (It was a hit and run accident). Me encantaría si pudiere hacer un anuncio (I would be delighted if you could make an announcement). Esté esperando a las luces cambiar para que pudiera cruzar el camino (I was waiting for the lights to change so that i could cross the road). Debía reunirse conmigo aquí (He was supposed to meet me here).

Thanks it's for my orals. And they are all just different separate sentences I have to use in various roleplays

La última vez que lo vi fue cuando lo di al ayudante de la tienda de recuerdos grande en la esquina de la plaza principal. Fue un accidente en el que el conductor se dio a la fuga. Me encantaría si pudieras/pudiera/pudierais/pudieran (depends on who "you" is) hacer un anuncio. Estaba esperando a que cambiaran las luces para que pudiera cruzar el camino (or la calle). Debía reunirse conmigo aquí.

However, the future subjunctive is becoming obsolete. You are unlikely to ever hear it, as in spoken Spanish it tends to be replaced by the present subjunctive. The Spanish future subjunctive may still be found in writing, such as literature and and legal documents, so it's good to be able to recognize it.

However, the present subjunctive is not used in if clauses.

(I would be delighted if you could make an announcement)

Is this a possible outcome (real) or contrary-to-fact (hypothetical)?

Si puede hacer....me encantaré...

Note that the English versions of the above conditions suggest the indicative by the lack of hypothesis-suggesting words such as “would”, and by not using the past tense to refer to a present-time situation
