Tú me apeteces, Tan perdido y solo

Jeazzle, but if you leave the blue part in it, as one starts reading it, one thinks of something happy to come. blue has nothing to do with sadness in Spanish. Why not change that for grey?

Tú me apeteces, Tan perdido y solo

@Heidita. You're right. The problem is that there is a sad English version, and a happy Spanish version, and I wanted to make a sad Spanish version, but you know what, I think it's not possible to do that since the song is called "El amor es azul" and that means it can't be sad, can it.wink

I did have two questions with those that you pointed out:

  1. que tu nombre infama - I was thinking infamar means to defame like to make bad, make seem bad. Like, that makes your name bad, like gives you a bad name. I wanted it to rhyme with cama so I chose infama, maybe doesn't work I guess.

  2. ya no me iluminó. I wanted it to rhyme with solo. I wanted it to mean "It doesn't light me up anymore, it doesn't illuminate me anymore." I guess. alumbrar is better. Does ya no me alumbró work? Or why doesn't ya no me iluminó work? Tough part of Spanish here, the little parts that don't work they way I want them to when they feel like they should work that way. wink

Gracias.
