I believe you are asking for the English equivalent of "exactamente." The equivalent in English is "exactly." I have often heard "exacto" as a brief way of expressing "(that is) exactly right - and it appears to be an acceptable adverb equivalent to the English "exactly." and an alternative in Spanish to "exactamente."
