What's better to say?
1) Me puedes ayudar?
or
2) Puedes ayudarme?

These are both equal. However, if you want to say this in a more polite way you might try: "¿Podrías ayudarme? or ¿Pudieras ayudarme? where again you can place me at the beginning of the sentence or after the infinitive.
