I saw "paw" in our WOTD, but does it only apply to like large, wild animals, like tigers and lions?

Zarpa

Yes, I remember that I saw tha thread but I couldn't say no to all those answerers, anyway maybe it's correct grammatically but not used a lot in spoken language. - Dakie, Feb 25, 2011

Thanks, I did that but didn't know if there was a different word for paw instead of patas.

Actually there are more meanings but they don't apply in this case. - Dakie, Feb 25, 2011
Hmmm, no se puede usar "zarpa(s)" en este caso? - cristalino, Feb 25, 2011
Nope, that's commonly used to describe the tiger and lion's paws. - Dakie, Feb 25, 2011
