Repeated text not understanding very well... Please help!

This is a text my friend sent me from work tonight. I sent him a text first saying I should of took his truck and dropped him off at work because of the snow, my car doesn't do well. This was his response. Please tell me what it means....
"No camine no preocuparse sino sepuede esta bien pero nocamine"

Give this a try, and we'll help if you need it:
"No caminé; no te preocupes. Si no se puede, está bien, pero no caminé.
That should be pretty close, if I guessed correctly where his breaks in thought were.
