I have to translate the song, Pal Norte by Calle 13, and in one part they say, Tengo tu antílico. Nowhere can I find out what antílico means. Can you help?

Is it possible the word is:
Astilico ? (it means a small handle)
I don't find antílico anywhere and Paco, who is a great researcher, apparently can't either (at least, so far).

I have found äntilico¨without tilde as an äntidote but the result was not clear. and by the way, how I get the accent over the ¨´a´´ is the other mystery of my day .
