Some answers can't be accessed
Some answers seem to be in smaller print and can't be opened, what's up there?

There's a defect on the site that makes Microsoft Internet Explorer fail to show topic hyperlinks correctly.
A simple remedy is to use another browser. Firefox and Chrome work fine for this, and they're free.
This was discussed many times on this forum. You can find it by searching the Answers forum.
A quick workaround when you see a post title that can't be clicked, is to click on the author's profile instead, and in his recent activity list you can find another link to the same message. These links always work.
The link error can occur if you use double quotes in the 1st line of the description (not the title). A simple workaround for that is to use single quotes (apostrophes).
The root cause is nice to know, so we don't create troublesome posts for new members who are not aware of the problem.
However, the problem is handling the posts that have the problem.
And the problem is aggravated by the tips offered to users at the message composing window:

The tip goes on to suggest using double-quotes in posts to make clear what phrases and sentences are discussed. New members on the forum are most likely to read and follow this unfortunate advice.
As qfreed suggested, apostrophes are better to use here. A pair of single-quotes (two apostrophes, literally) look exactly like a double quote, and safely avoids causing this defect from rendering the forum topic unusable.
