Which one is the best answer???

"I don't mind if you stop right now" really means:

Quiero que dejes de hacerlo pronto.

It sounds to me like "I want you to stop doing it soon" - Miro74, Feb 24, 2011
This is certainly less subtle, and depending on who you're talking to... may be the right emphasis! - pesta, Feb 24, 2011

"No me importa" is probably a more common translation, but you might want to wait on a native speaker.

I find the English a bit ambiguous...

Me da igual si sigas o no. (not sure whether to use subjunctive?) ...this is more of a question than an answer.
