I wanted to ask someone where she/he is going....and I wanted to emphasize the USTED form...should say..
"Donde usted va?" or "Donde va usted?

I believe both are OK but Adónde va usted is more often heard.

The first preposition is important.
¿A dónde va?
¿A dónde va usted?
