What is the difference of saying "come una uva" from come uva'? does this change any of it's meaning?

It should be "Come una uva" and "Come uvas". The first one means "He/She eats a grape" and the second one means "He/She eats grapes".
The phrase "come una uva" translates to "eat one grape". The phrase "come uva" translates to "eat grape".
The second phrase would make more sense if "uva" were plural. Without the definite article, the phrase does not work (for me, anyway).
The first phrase with the definite artilcle "una" indicates (depending on the context) "eat (a single) grape".
Hope that helps!
