To volunteer, A volunteer, Volunteering?

Question

I have a few questions... I´m a little confused with all the different ways volunteer can be said and is used in the Spanish language. Volunteering is a big part of my life, so the phrase "Sorry, but I have to volunteer tomorrow," is one of my most used responses.

Using the translator on this site and others I've run into conflicting ways to say "I am a volunteer," "I volunteer," and "I have to volunteer," and "I am volunteering."

I'd like to know what is the most common way to say any/all of those phrases in Latin America and Spaniard dialects of Spanish.

If anyone could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Hi, welcome to the forum.

"Sorry, but I have to volunteer tomorrow"---> Lo siento, pero tengo que hacer voluntariado (o de voluntario) mañana.

I am a volunteer" ---> Soy voluntario

"I volunteer" ---> Hago voluntariado

"I have to volunteer" ---> Tengo que hacer voluntariado

"I am volunteering" ---> Estoy haciendo voluntariado
